Profit or Dividend Distribution - PRC Company Law
Shareholders shall share in the distribution of profits in proportion to their respective shares of capital contribution, unless the shareholders have agreed to distribute profits in another manner. Where the company is to increase its capital, its shareholders have the preemptive right to subscribe for the increased amount.
