Feasibility Study –JV Partnership
A feasibility study is basically a more in-depth Project Proposal.  The Project Proposal is required to include the JV name, parties involved, purpose, activities, management structure, startup capital and financial projections.  The specific nature of the partnership and industry will dictate the complexity required and feedback from the registration authority will be important.  Manufacturing and trading partnerships should pay particular attention to this area.
