Lulu Zhang, CPA
Lulu is an Australian Citizen, born and raised in North East China. She has spent over ten years outside of China, living and working in Sydney, Auckland, and Moscow. While working in Australia, she obtained her license as a Certified Public Accountant.

Advisor to over 500 Foreign Firms

In 2002, Lulu returned to China and took a position with Dezan Shira & Associates as the Shanghai office General Manger and Yangtze River Delta Regional Partner. During her time with the firm, she advised over 500 foreign companies on how to acquire, establish, comply with legal regulations and to manage operations in the Mainland.

Lulu and her team are considered the leaders in SOX compliance knowledge and application in China, with an extensive track record of design, legal compliance and development for very satisfied clients!

Lulu first graduated from North East University with a Bachelors Degree of Science. She later received a Master’s Degree of Economics from Altij University and a Bachelors Degree of Accounting, from the Manukau Institute of Technology, in New Zealand.

Richard Zhang, MBA
Richard is a New Zealand citizen, born and raised in Liaoning Province, China.  He has worked in New Zealand, Australia and the US. He held previous positions as Chief Engineer, Director of Engineering and Director of Asia Cooperation.

In 2002, Richard returned to China and was named the GM of the Shanghai Science and Technology Network Communications Co. (STNC).  Other positions include the Vice President of  EJADE Investment Advisory Ltd. and the GM of Greater China, for Arunti Pte. Ltd, a Singapore based, mobile-technology marketing firm. 

Richard has a Bachelors Degree of Science from The Dalian University of Technology and a Masters of Business Administration from Waikato University.

With over twenty years China and Overseas experience, Richard has an in-depth working knowledge and hands-on approach of both Chinese and Western management.  His senior management experience and strong IT focus facilitates the cooperation of Sino-Foreign investment.

His fluency in Mandarin and English enables him to provide a seamless connection between Western and China based firms. He is considered the leader in IT applications for SOX compliance and organizational structure in China.
